We are very pleased to welcome the newest member of the WeedWise team!
The WeedWise program is pleased to announce our newest staff member Courtney Gattuso! Courtney joins us our team as a WeedWise Specialist and as the new shared Coordinator for the 4-County CWMA and Columbia Gorge CWMA.
This complex but rewarding position not only helps to support invasive weed management in Clackamas County but also serves as a resource for Invasive weed management and coordination throughout the region.
We are very pleased to have Courtney sharing her skills and expertise with the WeedWise program. Her experience in managing invasive plants as a volunteer coordinator, restoration contractor, and field technician is a great asset to the WeedWise program. We are also excited to see how her love of photography and design will enhance our outreach and education efforts!
Courtney will be leading much of our work in the Sandy River watershed, where she has already hit the ground running. Courtney was out controlling invasive knotweeds her first week on the job!
